A group wishing to schedule a visit to campus is strongly encouraged to schedule the visit at least two weeks in advance. Please call 800.5.TOLEDO, ext. 5729 or 419.530.5729 to schedule a group’s visit to The University of Toledo campus. Visits can generally be scheduled Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Certain dates may not be available due to large campus visit programming, other groups scheduled or tour guide availability.

Special Group Tour Guidelines
One chaperone is required for every fifteen (15) students visiting campus. Chaperones are required to go on the walking tour of campus and are responsible for disciplining students in their group. The tour guide or admission staff member has the right to discontinue a tour or presentation if students are uncooperative, disrespectful or exhibiting bad behavior. The tours of campus are walking tours. Students and chaperones are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes for walking and weather appropriate apparel.
